If not working on the ranch, this is the place where most people spend their time. They have a chat in the local inn or on the market. They meet their neighbours and the nomads from far and strange places. Some of them work here, maybe in the tavern, maybe as blacksmith or they have their own market stall. Anyway: this is their everyday-life, far more than their everyday-work.
